The mattress is old, theres a hollow in the middle, im not comfortable in your bed. And no parking for customer, we park 2 blocks from the hotel, quite far and its too cold walking the area bring our things.

Walkable to the Via Rail station. Close to Metro and busses. Room was dark when the sun went down. Could not see easily around room. Used flashlight to see coffee pot.

Although the room was small, it was fine. We were in 2 different rooms during our holiday. Both were very dark as soon as the sun went down. Had to use a flashlight to use the coffee pot. Checkout, the desk person refused to print a receipt for my stay. Was not very friendly to me as a paying guest.

It's a good place and an excellent location. It is a few minutes walk from Old Montreal and about 15 15-minute walk to the bus terminal. Also, 5 minutes walk to the closest metro station and 2 min walk to Chinatown.

After reading the reviews for this hotel, I was fearing the worst, especially seeing the bedbug complaints. But the hotel was totally fine, no bedbugs, everything was clean. Are the rooms small? Yes. But it’s not like you’re staying all day in it. And it’s in a good location, with what seemed like everything within a 20-minute walk. Went to Bell Centre for a concert, and that’s about a 15-minute walk away, which wasn’t a problem with the adrenaline I got from the show. Breakfast was bland but fine, I guess I didn’t have as high of an expectation as others. Plus, you’re in Chinatown, plenty of places to eat. (Schwartz was about a 20-minute walk away)

I did not like the reception the staff provided on arrival nor the room. I did not like the inability to have a coffee or food anytime after breakfast. It was an unfortunate stay in Montreal for me. I will never come back to that place.
