Our stay at the house was a good size for our family, however, the cleaning team did not show due to an accident so the property manager came to clean. The property was not ready for us to arrive so we waited outside for 30 to 45 minutes for her to clean. The bathroom floor was dirty, the dining room rug needed cleaning. The rug outside needs to be replaced as it is torn and shredding, someone could fall and get really hurt. The grass needed to be mowed. The lighting in the master bedroom was poor. But the worse thing about it was when we open the cutlery drawers there was mouse poop everywhere. I had to recall the manager to let her know what we found and she promptly came back to clean and disinfect it. It was a charming home and the manager was great to work with, even when we had to leave a day early.
