Great spot in beautiful Montrose

Wonderful local motel in Montrose. Check in was super simple, with great communication from staff. Room was nice and modern, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Anniversary Hiking Trip

Anniversary Hiking trip. This was our first stop on our trip. The Minecraft had a wonderfully comfortable bed and was very clean and quiet. It fit the bill for what we needed. Loved the fire pit out front. We would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay

Overall this is a good place to stay. Check in is odd, you have to call the desk person to check in but he is prompt to come to the desk. One thing that I did not like was I had booked "pay at the property" and they went ahead and charged my card over a month before my stay, not cool. Note that the TVs are streaming only. No local channels. There is some free programs on the FireTV. If you want anything different you'll have to use your sign-in on the apps. I watched shows on my tablet instead of signing into their TV. The bed was comfy and the room very clean. If I had one complaint it is that the bleach smell was overwhelming when I opened the door.

The price was good.the location was perfect. There wasn't much to the grab and go breakfast but it was still worth it. Other rooms were remodeled. The beds were comfortable. Shower was good

We had a great stay here and can't believe what great value it was. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was good. Faciliites in the room were decent with a microwave and fridge. The place has clearly been refurbished relatively recently, so don't pay attention to any older reviews you might read. The service from manager Clinton and the other staff was great (and Clinton's little dog is very cute). Grab-and-go breakfast is obviously limited, but it's nice to have as an option if you don't want to go elsewhere. The location is on the eastern edge of town, but all the restaurants and bars in town are easily walkable within about 15 minutes. It's very handy for the Black Canyon NP, which just is a short drive away.

Comfortable room

Nicely remodeled small motel room.very comfortable bed. We were concerned about street noise being in the room next to main st, but once we closed the window it was quiet and we slept well. Tiny bathroom sink but it worked. Only complaint , table in room had to be wiped down before we could play cards. It hadnt been wiped off in a while. Great value for the money.
