Door lock wouldn't work; shower didn't work; whole place felt run down. When I raised the shower issue at the front desk, was told there's a special way to turn the shower on - I said that info should be in the room, and received a blank stare. Never stay here again.

Parking was easy. Staff didnt mention cont. breakfast. We did try to enjoy breakfast 2nd day but arrived with an hour to spare. No waffle mix, no milk for cereal. And no coffee. It was an ok stay. But just a small amount of unpleasantries. It is in a nice part of town. Be warned no elevator.

The room had not been turned down. There was food and strands of hair in the bed, when we pulled back the sheets. There was a clump of hair on the floor next to the lamp. It was disgusting. We could not stay there. We do not need fancy, but cleanliness is a must.

The kid at the front desk literally had no clue I had a reservation he told me he didn’t believe there were any rooms available and the fact I had a PAID reservation didn’t matter if they didn’t have a room I’d be out my money he also told me my truck had to be parked out on the highway the room itself was ok the bed was comfortable
