Manager was friendly and accommodating. The room needed repair as the vinyl tile in the kitchen and bathroom was coming up and sinking in in areas. The hottub was as cold as the pool.

The hot tub was broken, the staff did not even know. Breakfast was minimal and very processed. Some of the bedding had burnt marks from cigarettes, some of the coffee creamers were moldy, the pool and laundry were in a whole different building the guest bathroom in the hallway had cleaning supplies and it, no garbage cans, anywhere and public places. Just overall very, very poorly managed.

The hotel was older, which lead to an unclean feeling in a few major areas; carpet, couch was full of trash under cushions, space behind tables were dirty with trash, bad odor in room. We made it work for the one night, because the area that made the biggest impact for our family were the beds. They were clean. We were able to open the windows and air out the room for a while before sleeping. This helped the odor. The hot tub was cold and had a horrible odor to it. The pool was cold, but my kids did play in it for a short while with no complaint in the warm weather.

I didn’t like that I was assigned a room and when I get there it was not ready, housekeeping was cleaning. They had to assigned me another one. I like the lay out of the room, the cleanness and that has refrigerator and microwave.

The room itself was good with comfy bed, frig and microwave, but had a very tiny bathroom counter, noisy at 4am(sounded like a jackhammer), room next to a utility area. The breakfast choices were typical and not appealing to me. Made reservation for 3 nights then the last night they left signs in my room and on the door that I was supposed to have left. They blamed the mixup on Expedia. Never happened to me before. I was evacuated from my home due to the wildfire and already stressed out. Had to pay a high rate too which was disappointing.

Not a Best Western Experience

The problems started with check-in. Charging $20 if you arrive before the 4:00 check in time is just crazy. No one was there to check-in in, we'd driven 7 hours and were tired, this just seems wrong. You have the worst pillows that we've slept on in I don't know how long. The hotel is old and could really use a face lift. Not what we expect from Best Western.
