It was clean, they usually give me a discount at a really good rate but i was told to book through expedia if i wanted a better rate then 110 a night, which saved me 10 dollars. So for tge price i will probably pick somewhere else next year. Its a good hotel to stay at if you're a hunter or fisherman and can get a good rate but nothing fancy.

Disappointed. The property looks like it was great at one time. But it seems like it has lacked maintenance. The carpets are dirty, many water stained ceilings and mold in the bathroom. The pool area is a mess and the hot tub has been removed. The breakfast was good and check in/out was quick. Overall, I expected much better on the amenities and cleanliness. I would choose another hotel if I am town again.
