Everything was great. Only thing I can say the breakfast was okay staff very good but the food was cold and the coffee was terrible tasting. I'm sure I'm not the only one that thinks this. Hopefully they can make it better. Thanks

Very nice and convenient. The room had a moldy smell. The location of the tv (in between the room and the living room) was a little inconvenient because you have to watch sideways. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was very polite and professional.

Let my food get cold really cold and when I just didn’t want to bother them too but I didn’t even know my food came nobody called me Uber was upsetting as well but Hyatt didn’t even either bother to check the food that the Uber eats left right in front of them or they did check and just left it there without say until improved something wrong and found my food sitting in the lobby .

Terrible Hyatt Place in Uncasville, CT
Room was filthy, never cleaned from previous guests was very obvious. No other rooms available. We had to leave and drive home to MA at midnight after a concert

My husband and I stayed for one night at this hotel. It was very nice, clean, a breakfast buffet was included, it was very good with scrambled eggs, French toast, home fries and fresh fruit. We enjoyed, it wasn’t just toast and bagels to our surprise. The only thing was the air conditioner in the room was very loud, not able to sleep much.

Nice spacious room and really convenient shuttle service to Mohegan Sun. Nice free breakfast, pool and fitness center. Courteous staff. Directions linked online and hotel entrance signage could be better as properly is set back off road. Overall I would definitely stay here again when visiting casino.
