Wonderful !
Beautiful hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. The bungalows are roomy and lovely. The pool is perfect. The restaurants and breakfast - very good. Only one complaint- we ate in the main restaurant Sunday evening and the chef was clearly not there. Reheated French fries were inedible and other elements clearly not fresh. They should not open on Sundays.

Stayed in a water bungalow and it was absolutely worth it. Room service was great, food options were good. On site entertainment was nice and included interaction with my niece for her birthday. They provide kayaks and snorkeling gear at no charge. Pool was clean and not over crowded. Concierge help plan and book our excursions and car rental when we needed it. Breakfast was the only issue for me. Same thing EVERYDAY so that was hard because we stayed for 7 days.

Fabulous 6 night stay at the manava. Property is great...pretty quiet but still busy. We stayed in OWB which was perfect. Unit is a bit worn but nice size and features. Wifi is extremely poor, needed to use cellular most of the time. Restaurants on site are OK. Location is good as there are restaurants and stores to walk to.

Had a great over the water room, pretty views, good bar and restaurant, excellent staff, excellent dive center on site, there was a grocery store within walking distance, two restaurants with good food and lower prices next door, would also recommend you eat at Rudy’s , have Parrot fish stuffed with crab, they will send car to pick you up if you make reservations at least day before. We plan to come back again next year.

Un rêve jusqu'au dernier jour
2 jours sur pilotis pour notre voyage en Polynésie, c'était incroyable et magique pendant tout notre sejour ici. On a eu la chance de pouvoir partir en snorkeling dès la chambre pour observer les nombreux poissons, tortues et requins qui passent devant le pilotis. This was a bucket list trip for us. We celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary and it was EVERYTHING you dream it to be! The staff were amazing, as was the food in the restaurants. We highly recommend Manava for your stay on Moorea! Mauruuru!!

Nice but not great
A few of the people (mostly the men) were nice but most of the workers act like you’re putting them out and were unhelpful. Our room is not what I thought I had booked, and was disappointingly small. They were not interested in upgrading us and i would never stay there again. The food in the restaurant was not good. My steak was super tough. The bar restaurant was better. I’m not sure there’s any alcohol in the mixed drinks though. But the most unfortunate thing about the property despite its beautiful location you can’t actually enjoy the ocean unless you’re out in the overwater bungalows, the view from the pool and everywhere else is blocked by bungalows. The woman in the pearl shop was delightful and friendly. The omelette station people were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and kept perfectly maintained. The room was wonderfully clean and the one towel guy was super awesome. I hope he has a nice day too. By the way, the pool is not warm.
