Another excellent stay at Best Western in Moose Jaw. The room was well-appointed and quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A great experience.

Sadly we didn’t get to stay and their policy sucks. We had to re route to help farming at our cousins farm and they would not refund the money at all so they took our $200 and would not have a Canadian spirit heart for the farmers that feed them in their community! We come to help combine for 6 weeks and got the call to come now! So we did and they wouldn’t have any grace in this circumstance . Makes me second guess this land we call home.🇨🇦🌻🌾 seriously even a credit for a future stay on our way back home (AB)would have been a nice gesture.

The staff at the front desk were quick at check-in and check-out. The self-serve hot beverage machine in the lobby was great. Walking into our room, the air was fresh and the room was very clean. The only downside is structural. The front door would allow any hallway noise to come in as if the people were inside our rooms. There were signs in the elevator that said quiet time is 10pm. You need to be in your rooms or the lobby lounge, which I appreciated. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable beds. Spacious room. Fun pool. Only bad thing was breakfast being on paper plates and plastic cutlery. The food was quite good - the eggs were much better than other hotels’ - but it was so cheap-feeling to eat with plastic.

Great stay with kids 7 and 9. Hotel gave us an early check in which was appreciated so the kids could hop in the pool early. Pool area was clean, waterslide and hot tub in Working order and kids commented pool temperature was perfect. 2 queen room was spacious and in addition to fridge and microwave it also had a stovetop and sink/kitchenette area. Beds were very comfy; not too hard, not too soft but just right. Restaurants and grocery are about an 5 minute walk. I my only small complaint is the drapes didn’t completely close so a little light in the room during evening and early am; but def not a deal breaker and I’m just being thorough in my review. Overall would highly recommend this hotel!
