The room we stayed in on the ground floor was dingy. The carpets and chair were stained. The wall paper is peeling. The tub has visible damage. The bed frames are squeaking. We were next to the suite with a jacuzzi tub and when the people next door used it the sounds were incredibly loud, like a hurricane. Front desk staff was rude when we were checking in, demanding a credit card even though the room was paid for and a pre-auth was on file for the deposit. After explaining three times she finally realized she was wrong, didn’t give us any information like when breakfast started, or the wifi password, just handed my husband the room cards and turned around.

Nice breakfast. Comfy bed. Toilet dirty on arrival and a pop cap under the toilet tank on floor. TV very annoying for searching, had to enter channel numbers in order to see differing channels. Using up/down channel keys only gave a few channels, primarily French. Unpaved entry to lot and poor parking. Telephone continuously flashed message waiting- front desk told me to unplug from wall as they didn't know how to cancel.
