Had a problem with a loud neighbor. I texted with the hotel, asked for the guests to be asked to be quiet. Spent an hour talking with an AI bot who was not communicating with a human all, telling me they are working on it, but they weren't. Went to the front desk and the clerk had no idea there was a problem. Asked to be moved to another room. He gave me the key to someone else's room. I walked in and woke them up. Awful for all involved. Clerk showed no remorse or politeness.

I liked the layout of the room! Perfect for us. Plus the carts to take all our luggage up to the second floor in one go. Question though? What pillows do you use? I’d like to buy some for our home. Very nice beds.
