Lady at check in desk refused to let us check in early (1pm) after a red eye flight and the day at the hospital saying good bye to a loved one. She offered no options and couldn’t care less about our situation. No southern hospitality there!

Clean and convenient location. Breakfast was decent. Needs updates-tub dripped the whole time, bed sheets pulling off the bed as soon as you roll over, mattress needs replacing. Did the job but not sure I’d stay again.

OVERALL GOOD PLACE TO STAY

WAS IMPRESSED WITH THIS BEST WESTERN VERY CLEAN. ROOM RENEWED EACH NIGHT DESK HELPFUL AND CHEERFUL. BREAKFAST NOT SO GOOD. DIDN'T START EARLY ENOUGH. STARTED AT 7. HAD TO BE AT FISHING DOCK THEN. SECOND DAY COFFEE MACHINE WAS OUT OF ORDER. USE A K CUP TYPE NO COFFEE IS A BAD THING FOR ME HAD A POWER OUTAGE ON CHECKOUT MORNING SO I COULDN'T GET MY RECEIPT. DESK CLERK SAID HE WOULD EMAIL IT. IT WAS WAITING FOR ME WHEN I GOT HOME. WILL DEFINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN IN AREA.

Clean & quiet!

Was a little worried based on stars & reviews however I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. We will stay here again when in the area.
