I was mislead by the advertising they have. stating that it has an ocean view. Well I never seen the ocean from any angle from any part of the property. I booked the room because I thought it was ocean front. Even if it stayed partial ocean view. A room with partial ocean view would be e been fine. I went by their word only which was a huge mistake. Very disappointed. A refund of some kind would make things better but I have not received that or an apology. Patty Coe

Love the water view. Convenient location. Have been staying here for many years. Bathrooms have not been improved at all. Commode so low to the floor like it was made for a young child. Trouble getting the commode to flush. Water shoots out of faucet. Hard to control. Mattresses uncomfortable and slide easily off the bed. Rooms are outdated. Not improved for years. Outside of the building could definitely be updated. Starting to look very old.
