Right On The Beach

The location was perfect, situated right on the beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious. The pool area was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the free bike access. We highly recommend.

The beach

Last minute over night stay with my son, daughter in law and granddaughter to go to the beach. I used to live there in high school and it’s still beautiful. We had so much fun. Loved every bit of it with my granddaughter. Thank you we will be back

The location was wonderful but we’re disappointed in our view that was obstructed by palm trees. The bed was of low quality and the air conditioner was extremely loud. I must say, the people were very kind and the place was clean. It just seemed a little dated.

Good overall except for the beds

Pros: the location is great! The pool overlooks the ocean. It's nice to walk out to the ocean & not worry about parking. The room is spacious. They have bikes you can use for the day & easy bike trails. Great restaurants nearby. Cons: the beds & pillows were uncomfortable & we had sore backs after sleeping there. The beds were very soft but not in a luxurious way. They lacked support. The pillows were thin & flat. Check in took a while because they said they were short staffed & some rooms weren't ready.

The Islander is a beautiful place to stay with beachfront access. The staff were friendly and it is located in the perfect spot on the Emerald Isle
