Our room was muggy and moldy smelling. And it wasn't super hot when we were there. They were sold out, so we weren't able to transfer rooms. The room smelled awful and everything was damp feeling. We've stayed before and didn't have this problem. Perhaps it's a first floor issue?

Small space, big kindness
Nice, comfortable place. Small rooms but clean. Breakfast was nice but the area it is in is very small. Parking lot is a little challenging as well. Location was good, as we were visiting Morehead University. Staff was friendly. We called to let them know we would be arriving late and they were very kind.

We were visiting my family in KY, and are from MD. The first thing I loved was pet friendly. They were constantly cleaning and whatever they used for the carpet smelled amazing. The breakfast was great. I'll absolutely be coming back

Excellent!
This was a very comfortable, easy to access property. It was quiet & very safe. Check in was great-friendly & helpful. Comfortable beds! The bathroom could use a little renovation, but the room & service were great.
