The property is right in the center. Great for dining, theatre shows, the Cathedral, and street vendors, just a door step away. Staff, depends who is greeting you, some were nice, others woke up on the wrong side of bed. Could not get extra pillows, very dismissive. You can’t beat its location, hopefully this will be a teaching moment for staff on hospitality. Whom ever reads this, hopefully you have better luck on your stay.

The hotel was near the Cathedral. There were also many restaurants near by. There was a fun bar with live music on Friday night. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is right in the front of main plaza, coffe shops everywhere, a lot of things to see and to do. Great location. the only thing but is not an issue, was the parking lot is kind of far of property. But is ok, you are right in Morelia's Downtown
