Safe , locked gate was there security sensor to let you in and out. Right in front of the plaza, the letters of Morelia. Clean, nice people Receptionist this time did not seem to acknowledge us. First time last year people were much more nicer and helpful. Room a bit humid with humid smell.

Sheets had stains that looked like blood on them when we arrived. They were changed by staff we stayed with multiple people in different rooms and all had a funny odor.

Loved my stay here, it is right in the center of everything. There’s plenty of eatery, shopping and activities to do nearby. Such as theaters (corral de la comedia, teatro matamoros, teatro Ocampo de Morelia etc.) there is lots of cafes and fun bars with karaoke and plenty of beautiful parks and the zoo is also nearby in car 10min walking about 25min. Location is perfect nearby a lot- for both those who travel with adults or with children. The only downfall is the restroom there is no ventilation and the shower door does not fully so when you do shower there’s a mess on the floor but can be easily dried up. Staff also very accommodating. Would return back to this hotel.

Leí muy buenas reseñas en Expedia antes de reservar en el Hotel Alameda Centro Histórico, y la verdad es que superó mis expectativas. El servicio es de cinco estrellas: desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza, todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Me ofrecieron opciones para mejorar mi estancia y siempre estuvieron pendientes de que me sintiera cómodo. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo frente a la Catedral, y la experiencia en general fue muy bonita. El ambiente, la atención y el detalle en el servicio realmente marcan la diferencia. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería sin pensarlo.
