Me gustó por la vista, la comida, ambiente todas las noches en los alrededores. Lo único que no me gustó fue el servicio al hacer el check in. Llegamos 15mns antes de las 3 pm horario del check in y tuvimos que esperar 1 hora más porq al momento no estaban las habitaciones listas y las damas a cargo del front desk no se le vio que le importara mucho, después de 8 hrs de vuelo y 2 horas manejando estábamos cansados. Nos roban el tiempo y luego hay q entregarlo a la hora del check out puntual. Falta de consideración y mala administración.

Great Place in Historic Center Morelia

Amazing little gem in the center of historic Morelia. This place was perfect for us, the restaurant downstairs was amazing! the room was neat and spacious. We were surprised that two floor fans were in the room. For some reason, the room was very warm through the day and at night, so the fans were ideal. The location was perfect and the price! We visited in February, so the warm room at night was not crucial, but if its summer time I wonder how bad it would be?

The hotel is a very beautiful colonial building with lots of charm and wonderfully Mexican. My room was comfortable with an excellent shower. Staff was helpful and congenial. Location is great, right across the street from the Zocalo. I would/will stay there again...

I didn't like that they gave me a small room. I paid for breakfast and they only gave me fruit. I wouldn't stay there again, I love the view of the city from my room, but the customer service and the room are not worth it.

I liked the balcony view but at night you could hear everything from outside and inside the hotel. I couldn’t have the window open from the patio because the smell from the sewerage would make the room smell. The staff were very kind and attentive.
