Well have code bars to call restaurant in the room, didn’t work, I request airport transportation part of the service, didn’t have it, I asked for water at 10pm kitchen was closed so I was told o can’t get any water, have to leave early and they called me from the taxi to check out, even do they had my credit card. Is a good hotel nice clean and cute, but they have lack of service!!!

Loved our stay.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived. The common areas were stunning. Beautiful patios, plants, and decorations. The room had high ceilings and big windows with a small balcony. Great location, which was peaceful.

Beautiful Hotel with very friendly staff! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The service in the restaurant was a little slow and the food wasn't amazing, but the ambiance was great. The steak was too salty and the Caesar salad was very fishy tasting and it had mustard mixed into the dressing. The drinks were very good. We had the mezcal cocktail and it was so good!
