The rooms had no AC no water in toilets. They were extremely small. Restroom was super small and if u used it the other person in the room had to wait hours to use it because it had no water and it would flow in slowly. They only have a fan. I would not stay here again

HORRIBLE

Horrible, staff wasn’t helpful or friendly. I had booked a two bed room and was giving a one bedroom room. I asked if there were any two bedroom rooms since I booked one for two beds. The lady was giving me such a hard time to switch me to a two bedroom room. Kept asking me why would I want a two bedroom room when it’s only me. The room was horrible. Water flooded not even a minute into showering. Bed sheets had holes and smelled awful. Internet doesn’t work. Tv remote didn’t work. Overall horrible

My reservation wasn't found in this property also was full ( as the attendanceguy, informed us). So we need to look around to find another hotel. I contacted travelocity and they refund my money. But I will recommend to call before your arrival to confirm your reservation from the hotel ( from travelocity was confirmed). I never had any problems before this one.

Good location

Overall it served the purpose of my trip which was just for sleeping however I didn't like the fact that there were no electrical outlets at the head of the bed. The location of the hotel seemed very good to me since from there I was able to walk to the main attractions of the city center.

the room was very very small and I got some bed flees The receptionist was nice but the rest of the personal was not friendly like Mexican normally are.

The hotel is okay if you just want a place to sleep, nothing fancy and doesn’t have air conditioning but I slept with the windows open to get some fresh air at night. The only complaint is that the WiFi didn’t work in my room, only in the lobby. Close to the main church and plasas, breakfast was good and tasty.
