Paid for the 4 bed suite. Was taken to a 3-bed room, not a suite, and was told the suite wasn't available. No air conditioning, only 1 loud fan with 1 working setting. The shower still had another guest's hair on the drain. And a food receipt was still on the floor so the room was never really cleaned. The breakfast was also out of service. The staff was pleasant.

It was horrible I had to leave a day earlier.Going to request my credit card to disputing the charge have no hot water in the shower. It was no air-conditioning sheets and pillowcases. Terrible old they took my Dallas Cowboys little blanket please if you are an American do not stay in this place. A person that lives there.Tell me that a lot of horrible criminal stuff has happened in this place.

En general si limpian , pero encontré varias cucarachas en el baño, parte del mobiliario es viejo y está gastado y bastante sucio. Las cortinas no detienen el paso de la luz de los pasillos y no te deja dormir.

Desafortunadamente el hotel está cerca de un canal que al parecer es de aguas grises y eso ocasiona un mal olor en el hotel y el area. Además se escuchan mucho los ruidos de las personas en la madrugada.
