We like the location, central to everything. Excellent lobby and social area **** Friendly Staff. We were very dissapointed that ALL of the safety lights for the back parking lot were out both nights of our stay. We reported the issue the first night to the front desk.....no action taken. :-(

This is a good place to stay when you have an early morning procedure scheduled at WVU Hospital. It's nice and clean, easy to get in and out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great coffee at the breakfast bar. I would like to see hem go to dispenser bottles for soap, etc., like many of the hotel chains. I don't know how many gallons of water went down the drain while I struggled to get something out of that tiny bottle, lol.

We stayed here during a WVU football game since it’s so close to field . I knew nothing of hotel but it was close to stadium so I was not expecting much . To my surprise I was very impressed with the rooms , cleanliness , breakfast and parking . Not to mention everyone so friendly’

Decent place to stay.

Room was a bit dated and in rougher shape than expected, however the room was clean the staff was friendly at check and check out and even though the hotel was pretty crowded judging from the parking lot, it was quiet. Also the shower had good water pressure. Also the bed was pretty comfortable as well

Not a waste of money

Our accomodations were adaquate. Everyting in the room was outdated including the bedding, however the room was very clean, and other family members stayed elsewhere in more updated hotels and ran into unsavory conditions. So we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The Elevator of doom... please get that fixed. But the Staff were fabulous, friendly and very accomodating the breakfast was good and the drink choices were great. Now as for restaraunts near by, we went to the one advertised by the hotel, starts with a K, terrible service. Went to another in a hotel close by, terrible service, even the local Tar%^& was horribley disorganized and dirty. The Childrenshospital was wonderful. If thats why you need to be there then you should have excellent service service.

Plus: Clean, quick check in. Close to WVU. Friendly staff. Sheets and bathroom are clean, AC was not as loud as it was in the other hotels we visited. Cons: everything looks old and worn out. Closet smelled musty, we had to wash dress that hung there overnight because of smell. I found mattress too hard but YMMV. Overall: not bad. 3.5/5 will probably be back

Perfect stay in Morgantown!

Had surgery at Ruby Memorial, love Euro Suites, is close to the medical center, clean, large suite w/ 2 TV's, separate bedroom from lounge area. The facility was clean and very comfortable. Staff very accomodating, gave us a room close to entrance on the first floor so I didn't have to walk far following my surgery. This was our 7th or 8th stay, we'll be back!
