This was an old hotel with stale rooms that smelled of a hotel that once allowed smoking and had been renovated about 15 years ago but the smell never went away. My bed was too firm and the right side was clearly the most used spot as it was sagging and low. They really need new furniture. The AC was always blowing but the room struggled to cool down below 74 and it was musty and damp. Will not return.

The carpet in the hallway leading to the room looked dirty. The bathroom fan and some lights in the room were broken. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast looked good, although I didn't eat it.

The fact that you could walk to Ruby Hospital and there was a bank that I deal with beside the hotel.

Lady at the front desk is rude. Our room was torn up and we had to get a different room. By torn up I’m saying the bathroom door was missing pieces and the front door looks like it was kicked in the bathtub had what looked like mold in the caulking and the drain was disassembled. We weren’t compensated for troubles or anything all they did was swap our room. We had family there with multiple rooms and out of the four rooms two had issues one the bed collapsed and the other had the damages.

The heating system was not working as it got cold at night. It appears to have been used as a football party venue for the nearby college: bare and torn carpet, and missing veneer on the flimsy doors. Not very receptive front desk personnel. Refund (full or partial) request was not honored due to "strict policy of the hotel" after more than a week of delay. Will NOT be visiting the place again.
