Ur reception desks and attendances were friendly. Ur entrance was very clean. I felt the couch needed replaced. Not very good. But overall, everything was nice. I am in Morgantown often to Ruby memorial and I do believe I will come back .

Appeared very clean, neat and presentation was excellent. Unfortunately, when we went to bed, a bedbug was found crawling on the bed. The desk clerk responded immediately, changing our room and was quite accommodating. I truly hope they are able to take care of the issue was it is a lovely place.

It was a big football weekend, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests. They provided a good homecooked breakfast in the morning and pizza after the game.

We were there to go over to Ruby for my 2 year cancer check up. This is the second time I have stayed here. The staff is great and friendly. The rooms are wonderful and clean. It is right next door to the hospital and since my appointment was at 8 am, it was nice to be so close. I will stay here again and recommend it to others.

What a hidden gem! Needed accommodations for an overnight stay and discovered this hotel online. What a great experience!! Very friendly staff at front desk during check in, spacious and clean king suite, great breakfast, and great service while there. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Overall, not a bad stay. Clean and beds were decent. I wouldn’t stay here again simply based on the humid/damp feel of the room and also, it’s hard to drive in and out of the parking lot. For the one night we needed it for, it was sufficient.

When we walked in, there was a stench of sewage and no explanation. A previous guest’s towel was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Most of the staff were pleasant and accommodating.
