The staff was very nice but our rooms were both dirty and the property itself could use some upkeep. The air conditioning was out in the lobby area so breakfast was a sauna, the doors to the rooms were so stuck we literally had to kick it open. We entered the first assigned room and one bed wasn’t made so we had to switch rooms. Thankfully a quick switch but the bathroom in that room hadn’t been fully cleaned - someone else’s hair all over the floor and back of the toilet - gross! Maybe they need more staff but we will not stay there again.

The outlets where you can make your own coffee all shorted out so we could not use our coffee maker. The A/C systems in each room will either blow out freezing cold air on you or very hot air and you are never comfortable all day or night. The staff keeps the lobby area freezing cold with same cold air blowing on you while trying to grab some coffee. A woman named Catherine at front desk was very rude about the situation stating it’s on 73 and the staff in kitchen are hot. I said your system will continually blow out freezing cold air until it hits the desired temp, be off for only seconds, then blow freezing cold air again. She turned it off and rudely said “there!” Never staying here again.
