Fairly new hotel with good amenities for the price. Great location and proximity to shopping, WVU, and other activities in Morgantown. Second level hallway reeked of cigarette smoke when arriving but my room was nice and had no odor. Carpets in stairwell needed vacuuming as there was salt/sand from other guests boots who work in construction using the side entrance/exit. Stayed for a whole week for a training class and the stairwell was not vacuumed once. My room did not appear to be vacuumed very well either. Breakfast was average. However, room was comfortable and spacious. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Very happy with our stay at this LaQuinta. The hotel is immaculate from lobby to rooms to pool area as well as grounds. Great Dove products in the spacious room which has surprisingly high ceilings! Conveniently located near pretty much anything you could need from big box store to boutique shopping and choice of cuisine. Would definitely stay here again if passing through.
