Love this little Motel sweet couple run it. Simple and clean. Everything a hotel has but bigger real top Notch and on 66 just east of Albuquerque in moriarty.

If you are looking for a nice, clean, and old style motel on Route 66, this is your place. The room was great and had a fun mid-century decor. The front desk staff was friendly and beds were super comfortable. There was a nice small courtyard and I would much rather stay in a place like this over the other standard options by the highway.

We loved everything about this place. It brought back many memories of Route 66 TV program right down to the retro furnishings. We were greeted warmly at checkin and even given a wonderful bag of goodie’s. The room was nicely decorated and played out and the extra sink outside the bath was a bonus. It was the most enjoyable stay on our trip and we will try to get back there.

A 1950's Luxurious Reminder

Staying in a Route 66 motel takes one back to the 50's. It's a fun and excellent reminder of what they had back then and what we have today. In those early years a sign that said "We have TV" was a very big deal. It was a very peaceful and quiet stay. I slept the night through. Thank you Sunset for a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay if you want some original Route 66 experience. Still owned by the same family that built it. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. They have a feel of the 60’s but yet feel updated. This is definitely a must stay if I come through Moriarty, NM again.

What a nice find! From check in to check out the entire stay was lovely. The host is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I loved the upgrades in the room esp. the mini-split heat pumps. The breakfast treat to go was a nice bonus.

A throwback motel with a Route 66 heritage, it was perfect for my stay! It isn’t on I-40 like the other chain hotels in Moriarity so it was really quiet and comfortable. Slept great! The staff were really nice, the rooms clean. Nothing fancy and nothing needed like that for me anyway! The muffins and the bear claw awesome from the front desk for breakfast! Will definitely stay again

Retro vibe. Spacious room. Can park right in front of your room door. The parking lot is plenty big if pulling a trailer. Grassy dog area with bags and receptacles. Quick check in and out. Very close to I-40
