Great hotel, great location. Very modern and comfortable room. Like most parts of Montenegro, though, the staff are not friendly or welcoming. It’s as if they don’t like tourists. Very abrupt and short responses when you ask a question about the area or general information. Found that was the same across other parts of Montenegro too with the only friendly staff being from other countries. Big shame because the country is beautiful and this hotel is stunning but there is a massive gap in hospitality training and courtesy which makes it unlikely we will come back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Porto Palace in Tivat! A special thank you to Dušan, who was absolutely spectacular every time we dined at NAPA Restaurant for breakfast. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and professional, and always made us feel so well taken care of. His wonderful service truly stood out and made our mornings extra special. Thank you, Dušan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ To note- the front desk staff were incredibly attentive, helping us book a boat tour. The gentleman shuttling us to and from the beach club was also very friendly and polite.

Very nice boutique spot in Tivat. Fabulous restaurant. Nice quiet location, easy walk to marina and other sites.

Please fix the leak from shower. Leaks in the bathroom and hallway carpet. Smells mold. Replace the entrance carpet just 2-3 m. Smells bad. And spray heavily for mold. It’s a great hotel otherwise and great staff. I loved it. Thank you.

A really lovely hotel. Staff were very attentive and helpful, breakfast was very good. Would definitely go back and would genuinely recommend.

Location is excellent - I e didn’t get to try the beach and lounges but very easy to access. The room was a lot smaller than I e imagined from the online photos. Shower is also tiny ( felt like a cruise ship room ). Bed comfortable and nice view. The shower was leaking and causing water under the floor in the bathroom - we reported it to the sent desk and they said after we check out they will take a look. It seemed to be an ongoing issue as the baseboard in the doorway had signs of water damage. I e wanted to try the sauna and had hoped to use it in the morning entire checkout at 12 but it’s only open from 1 pm to 9pm. Had higher hopes and we left a little disappointed. Also be aware - hotel offer sparking but they don't guarantee it and their dedicated parking lot was closed because of nearby construction so had to spend $25 for overnight parking at the lot next door. I e asked about that as it seemed confusing and I ere met with a dismissive response.
