Great value for the area.

Please fix the leak from shower. Leaks in the bathroom and hallway carpet. Smells mold. Replace the entrance carpet just 2-3 m. Smells bad. And spray heavily for mold. It’s a great hotel otherwise and great staff. I loved it. Thank you.

We stayed at the Regent Porto Montenegro for 10 nights in August 2026. First for the pros… great hotel location and amenities. Breakfast was great and the rooms and pool area were amazing. Really clean and high quality BUT, the main con, the service was not a 5* luxury hotel experience. Service was horrendous. 10% service charge is added on to everything you buy from food and drinks to massage etc. usually I wouldn’t have any issues with this, but when the staff treat you like you are a burden to serve and come across like they actually dislike you, you begrudge paying for the automatic service charge. Perhaps that is why the service is so bad, as there is no incentive for the staff to provide good service. E.g. sitting around the pool, we were never once approached as to whether we would like to have a drink, you literally have to get up and search for a pool attendant to order, then on most occasions you can’t find someone, so you have to walk to the bar and carry your drinks back to your location. All to then have a 10% service charge added to your bill! it’s not just the pool area attendants, the reception and concierge staff are equally unfriendly. One British family were refused to be provided with their hotel bill midway through their stay to check the charges and told that it’s too early from them to look at their bill and they should address it at checkout! Brits seemed to be treated very differently to other nationalities, which was awful to see! Won’t return

Beautiful property in an excellent location in Tivat close to Porte Montenegro with private beach. Large terrace and excellent service- highly recommended

Really enjoyed our stay here and Anita was great with us, very friendly and willing to arrange taxis for some other visits. The accommodation is about a 30 minute easy walk from Porto Montenegro (or a 4/5 minute taxi drive). It is fairly near the airport but we never had any issue with noise from the planes. Great location to have as a base to explore the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay at Olli’s Boutique Hotel in Montenegro. For a brand-new hotel, they are doing an amazing job.. The service feels very personal, the staff quickly get to know their guests and their needs, which is exactly what makes a boutique hotel special. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is such a kind and welcoming man and clearly cares about every guest’s experience. The entire staff were exceptional ,friendly, attentive, professional and truly above five star service. The property is beautiful, extremely clean and very well maintained. We especially loved the gorgeous sunbeds and the beautiful, clean swimming area. There are just a few very minor details that could be improved, such as having reception and other important extension numbers available on the room phones and offering a little more variety at breakfast. But these are very small things, especially considering how new the hotel is. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay at Olli’s again. We loved everything about this hotel and will be coming back but the stand out aspect was definitely the staff. From the breakfast staff to concierge and drivers, the staff could not be more helpful. Always there to answer questions or provide solutions, thanks you all so much! Jovan, Ivana, Tony, Marija, Zeljka, Djurko - you made our holiday stress free and enjoyable!

10/10, exceeded all expectations - highly recommend. The staff were all extremely helpful, from arranging taxis to booking reservations or to-go food from the delicious Mila restaurant onsite (in person or via WhatsApp). Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless daily. Photos don’t do it justice! The balconies were lovely - our 2bd corner room had a balcony each, with partial ocean/mountain views. Pool area has beautiful views of the bay, and a nice vibe - great for watching the sunset in peace. Rituals shower/body products and quality complimentary shaving/vanity kits were also appreciated. Shower is great, good water pressure! It’s very convenient that the rooms have multiple kinds of charging ports, including usb/usbc. Beds/pillows were incredibly comfortable. Great value and we loved the area (Note that transportation can be challenging in Montenegro, we treated ourselves to boat taxis mostly).
