We were fortunate to get a seaside view room, it was lovely to wake up to that view. The dinosaur robots at the check in counter were pretty cool, too. Unfortunately we didn’t get time to soak in their spa, but we did have a yummy Japanese dinner in their restaurant. The hotel is in walking distance to the outlet shopping center and the train station so we took advantage of that for shopping and dining. The hotel is also next to an ice skating rink which we wanted to check out, but no time. We’ll have to come back another time and stay longer. Our room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, close to Kuramon Market with lots of eateries and shops. Relatively close to Dontonbori area as well. Highly recommended

Don't let the messy reception area fool you. This is a great place to stay in Kyoto! Fantastic proprietor, large clean room and comfortable beds. It's a great choice for a budget hotel and gives you everything you need for your stay.

Perfect location and great accommodation

A gloriously serene retreat in the heart of a busy Kyoto neighborhood. Particularly delightful feature is the lounge, where you can sip Japanese sake and look out on the nearby pagoda. Can't recommend highly enough.
