Staff is super, free breakfast was a huge bonus (eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy!!). Very convenient location off the interstate but near back-way into the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

Convenient, quiet but needs some work
This was our 4th extended stay as we build in the area. People are great, breakfast offers a good selection of food, however, this trip coinsided with some maintenance issues. Elevator was down for a few days and the locks on the entry doors were being replaced. Also, $30 plus taxes and fees is high for a pet.

I liked that every staff member that we came into contact with was very helpful & extremely nice!!! Every front desk clerk that we came into contact with made sure that if there was something that we needed during our stay that the need was immediately addressed & they gave us whatever items were needed!!! THE 1 MAIN & ONLY COMPLAINT THAT MY GIRLS & I HAD...WAS THAT THE WI-FI SIGNAL DIDN'T REACH THE ROOM THAT WE WERE STAYING IN...SO IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO WATCH ANYTHING ON THE TV OR TO USE ANY OF OUR DEVICES ON THE WI-FI...MY GIRLS ENDED UP BEING EXTREMELY BORED DUE TO THIS & ENDED UP HANGING OUT IN THE LOBBY WHILE I WAS WORKING SO THAT THEY COULD HAVE THE WI-FI ACCESS THEY NEEDED TO USE THEIR CELL PHONES!!! THE LIMITED WI-FI ACCESS IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT THAT MY GIRLS & I HAD DURING OUR STAY!!!

Would happily stay again.
Very pleased with our stay. The John greeted us with a smile and was very efficient getting us checked in. The room was clean and everything in good working order. The only complaint we have is there was a lot of light from cracks between the curtain and the wall. No night lights needed in the room. Breakfast was excellent.

Finally a good hotel in Morristown Tn.
This hotel is very clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom is large with plenty of towels, a hair dryer and plenty of TP and kleenex. A nice hot breakfast and good coffee at 6am. And the staff was great at check-in and at check-out. I have paid more for a night at a much less Hotel. This ones a winner, i will be staying here evrytime i come to the area to visit family.

To say I was impressed is an understatement. We had a great stay at this property. Easy check in and out, free water and cookies upon check in, free hot delicious breakfast and coffee and extremely clean. The staff throughout the property were friendly, kind and engaging. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
