The door to the room had big gaps as where air could come and go freely, and you could see thru it. The lady at the front desk at breakfast on Friday was not very friendly. When I went to check out there was 2 ladies eating breakfast who told me I could just leave the key on the desk. Again not friendly.

Highly Disappointed

I accidentally booked this room for the wrong day. I was in town 1 night for a funeral. Standing in front of them last week (1 week prior), they would NOT change my room to that night. My fault completely but no understanding at all for my mistake. It was a no refund room but I didn’t want to cancel just change the night. Needless to say, I went to another hotel closer to town which was much better and quite frankly don’t know why didn’t book there to begin with. Hotels.com tried to help but their hands were tied.

The front desk lady was rude and threatened to charge me more when asked to use the bathroom in the lobby. The outlets in the room were glued up and could not be used. The TV was hanging sideways. There was no refrigerator and the microwave was not working. One of the worst experiences.

Facility practices predatory booking practices by routing call in hotel to modify booking and was routed to out of country call center to book new date , and later informed it was a 3rd party booking agency, and told they can't change original date. previous stay also had issues and they stole an item i left behind. I would not trust this place with any future business. Place ain't clean either.

Convenient to where I was going. Traffic from interstate was noisy. Baseboards need painting to improve looks of room. Outside door needs weatherstripping and is hard to close. After housekeeping had been in room, upon return to room door was open(safety hazard. Front desk was slow and uninterested
