Old hotel that shows it age, but very classic. Staff was not friendly nor efficient in services provided. Not enough information provided by hotel upon arrival. Had to search out information yourself or by talking to other visitors there.

Room was in good condition, but they took a 50$ charge for incidentals, and the taxes added were quite high. Also it says includes breakfast but all it consisted of was a 7$ voucher to use at the cafe next door which barely covered a small coffee and a toasted bagel

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite. It was very nice, however the shower had NO cold water. It was miserable. Also, your bar and restaurant should be open more than 4 hours per day. We were in the lobby waiting for it to ooen and the staff was in tge office having a wine tasting while goid paying guests couldn't even get in. We also cslled for early check in the day before and that didn't happen. It will be awhile before we decide to oay close to $500 per night to stay here with no services.

We loved our room. We have had a great time each time we have stayed at the hotel. Our only issue is that the Sunday breakfast was not up to the quality of the hotel. The coffee shop was closed. So, the hotel only offered muffins and bottled drinks. We should have been notified of this prior to our stay.

Lovely small historic hotel. Beautifully decorated for Christmas in the public areas. The lovely room was neat, clean, and comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient. Breakfast is a voucher to the coffee shop for $7.
