Little Cricket Demon
The hotel facility was great, but as funny as this sounds, a cricket was either in the room, in a vent, or somewhere in the walls, and it kept my wife and me up all night. The front desk gave us earplugs, but that cricket noise still cut through. We look back and laugh at the situation, that a little cricket could cause so much noise, but whoo-wee, while trying to sleep, that little thing was a pest! I wished upon a star that that little cricket would croak, but sadly, it chirped until at least 8 AM.
