When i checked in i was given a room not ready. I lrt the staff know the bed was not made and towels on the sink. I was ok with that at first, then the same staff used their master key to come in my foom. At that time i yelled out to let them know i was in the room.

Tom at the front desk was very rude, and not friendly at all, I booked a smoking room button said that none were available and that I shouldn’t have booked it online, the outside security device was broken allowing anyone to come in as they wanted, the room was okay just very outdated, I took the warmer about 10 minutes to get warm enough for a shower and never did get hot, if you need a place for one night I guess $80 isn’t too bad but don’t expect to greeted with open arms

First room had sticky floors, dirty linens. Holes in the sheets and even hair. Best thing is they still had a room that was cleaner that we could switch to. Limited extras, no shampoo, hairdryer and such. Most likely will not stay here again.

Checked in, front desk was friendly, but hallway and room smelled like cat pee, room was dirty, boogers and God knows what else on the wall, hole in the tub covered with tape, mold on ceiling in bathroom, tv remote didn’t work, went to get a new one 3 times, none worked, bath mats, towels and sheets had stains and blankets smelled. Huge disappointment and I feel we deserve a refund.
