Property is up and away from much of any view other than the school. Lots of dining along the road leading to the bay within 10 minutes

The room was very noisy as it faced the highway. When we went to breakfast at 9:30 AM, there were no potatoes or scrambled eggs available, and the fruits looked very old. The person in the next room was snoring loudly, and we could hear it in our room, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the body wash dispenser was empty. However, the staff at the front desk was very friendly, the facilities are nice and clean.

Clean quite property with free parking & free breakfast, breakfast was good with plenty of option's bed was comfortable and service was great, Not to far from the beach or the main strip overall great experience

I like that parking was free and the room was clean. Breakfast was good, although i wished there were more variety to choose from; but overall, I enjoyed the food. I also like that there were complimentary coffee and tea for guests. The only downfall for me was the walls are so thin that I could hear the guests next door conversations; which made it hard to fall asleep. In addition, I wished there was a back door to the hotel as well as two working eleveators so it is more convenient to get in and out of the hotel. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We are full-time travelers. Very walkable location to the rock, park, beach, and town. Just a wonderful location in this regard. We were not on the highway side and exterior noise was very low. Our room experienced significant and intrusive noise from the adjoining room door and hallway door. The doors are not gasketed and do not seal out noise. This was a big deal and not likely to be solved with a room change, so I didn't ask. Our bathroom exhaust fan was not moving air. This becomes an issue with two people in a small space for 4 days. Cleanliness of the room was lacking with smudgy windows, plastic under furniture, and dust. One of two elevators was out of service for our entire stay. Staircase access was good, clean, and with locking doors at the bottoms. Security was good - fencing, lighting, doors, and no vagrants or concerns observed on the property. I might stay here again if the price was fair and I could secure a non-adjoining room.

The property was clean, neat, well organized. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, and they were quiet yet distant. The clerks at the front desk were friendly, answered our questions, and let loose when we asked if they lived in the area, and how much did they love their jobs. I like to question people and employees about their personal experiences. All was good, sanitary, and pleasant.
