More like hostel close to a derelict parking lot

We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. When we asked for a refund they said that we would have to speak to the manager however he was not on site and only speaks Portuguese, We also discovered that the price for this on Expedia Brazil was half the price that we paid? We found another hotel right on the beach and half the price per night very nice comfortable room. Not only we paid double the price for 2 nights but we did not get our refund for the second night. Not a good experience at all.

As instalações do quarto que fiquei eram antigas, mas deu pra dormir. O café manhã com poucas opções e faltando itens que tem em quase todos os cafés de hotéis e pousadas como iogurte para crianças e não tinha nada de carne, apenas salsicha e ovos mexidos.

Infelizmente, as acomodações do hotel são precárias. O banheiro, embora seja limpo, tem aspecto de sujo por conta dos acessórios velhos. Lençóis de cama encardidos. O ponto positivo é o atendimento dos funcionários.

Experiência surreal! Da chegada a saída , funcionários super prestativos , café da manhã super organizado, restaurante da área da piscina todos funcionários super prestativos e educados, a cozinheira nem sei o que falar, comida hiper gostosa, na chegada vale fazer um comentário sobre quem nos recepcionou, CASSIO, se vcs se baterem com Esse cara vão entender do que estou falando, prestativo demais!! No Demais sobre a pousada só posso dizer uma coisa... Até a próxima!!

O atendimento inicial foi ótimo, porém no quarto as instalações eram de qualidade ruim, mas o pior foi na segunda noite a equipe de manutenção realizando um reparo, fez o quarto fechar um curto tendo uma grande explosões. Ficou um cheiro de quiemado terrível dentro do quarto que ja estava tudo escuro, e ha 2 horas sem energia. Cheguei da praia nao tinha energia, estava tudo escuro, depois da explosao fedor de quimado, e ao chegar na Recepção o gerente, nao apto ao local que representa, nao soube lhe dar com a situação, nao sabia da um prazo, tratava as pessoas com pouco caso. A energia so retornou quase as 21hs e pronto. Equipe despreparada, nao recomendo esse local. Durante a minha estadia o cafe da manha todos os dias eram praticamente as mesmas coisas. A partir do 3° dia não da para aguentar, sem variedade. Apenas a localização faz valer a estadia.

Não vá para este hotel!

Eu acabei de fazer checkout no hotel e o meu conselho é que fujam dele, na primeira noite fiquei em um quarto com um ar antigo que fazia tanto barulho que só consegui dormir às 2:30 e acordei muitas vezes durante a noite, isso comprometeu a minha experiência em morro durante o dia. Quando solicitei a troca do quarto, me colocaram no quarto ao lado com um ar pouco mais novo mas também muito barulhento. Era isso ou ter que sair do hotel, o que não foi possível pelo morro estar lotado e já ter pago. Em nenhum momento o gerente estava presente no hotel para dar suporte, o recepcionista não tinha informações concretas, atendimento frio, senti que estava incomodando. Fora que toda a estrutura muito velha e caindo aos pedaços.

O hotel está buscando expandir o número de quartos , porém poderia investir também em melhorias nos quartos já existentes . Os funcionários são o que o hotel tem de melhor , atenciosos e prestativos. Gostei da localização, está próximo a praia e ao centrinho.

Local agradável no geral, mas os quartos sem varanda não possuem boa ventilação, não disponibilizam roupas de cama, aluguei quarto para 4 pessoas e forneceram toalhas em número menor afirmando não ter mais disponíveis, o mesmo falaram para roupa de cama que não tinham para fornecer. Café da manhã bem escasso, poucas opções.
