Everything was great the only reason for How’s your room being 4* is because you have reach behind you to get to the toilet paper, the bathroom counter is really small and the bathroom fan didn’t work. Everything else was tip-top!

The first room offered smelled like puke and there actually was fresh puke next to the fridge. Not exactly what we expected for Ritz-Carlton pricing (for a basic double queen room), due to the show at The Gorge. It is basically trucking stop hotel that is close to the amphitheater. Would not recommend.

Very modern and not very cozy. Clean though and the staff was great. I will say that the showers are probably the worst I have ever seen at a motel. There’s no stream adjustment, the pressure is very light, and the shower basin has a 2” lip on it, so the water gets all over the floor. Great location if you’re going to the gorge for a concert.

The hotel is the perfect location for anyone traveling to The Gorge for a concert(s). There isn't a lot close by to do outside of the concerts, but most people know that going into it if they are traveling to see a show there. The staff were amazingly friendly and having breakfast included each morning was fantastic.

The hotel is very close to the Gorge but that’s it. The hotel/room was very clean. The breakfast had the basics and was ok. The gym was small and dated but worked for me. I would stay again if in the area.

Super clean and basic hotel. Nothing fancy or over the top. One of the more comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Everything about this hotel was great. Breakfast was actually pretty nice too.

After seeing this that this property has a Google rating of 2/5 stars I was a little skeptical, but wanting a room close by the Gorge Amphitheater, I chose to see for myself. Honestly, I liked it. Clean, organized. My experience with the staff was friendly and helpful. It was just a very quiet place and enjoyable. Room was a decent size. I don’t think I have a complaint really. I would stay there again.
