The staff at Hotel Emen were all wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The Turkish breakfast was fantastic and we were full most of the day from it! The room was clean and comfortable, though a little small. However, it suited our needs for the 2 nights we stayed there. It was very conveniently located only a couple minutes walk to the Stari Most bridge, surrounded by shopping, restaurants and the major sites. I would have given 5 stars but our television did not work and we had a lot of luggage which we had a hard time opening both big bags and having room to walk around. If we had been traveling lighter and the television was working, I’d give 5 stars. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to stay in and I greatly appreciate the hospitality of the staff!

This hotel is in the old town only walk few minutes to old bridge and easy to walk everywhere. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast included was delicious. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommended!

Loved Hotel Emen. In the middle of the Old Town. Really lovely staff. They couldn’t do enough for us. Very honest. Parked a little way from the hotel as pedestrian only in the old town. The breakfast was delicious. Huge variety and lots of food. My macchiato coffee was spot on. The room had great air con. We were on the first floor and one of the staff carried our bags up. We had a triple room so there was lots of space. Great place to stay!! THANK YOU SO MUCH xx

One night in Mostar
Great location right in the walking area close to the walking bridge. Parking wasn't on site but nearby and you have to carry your luggage to the hotel as it's a walking only area. The breakfast was included and absolutely incredible, worth going just for that.

Hotel was in old town so wasn’t sure about parking . Called hotel , staff came down . Extremely helpful and friendly . Last minute decision to come to Mostar as finished plitvice a day early prior to Dubrovnik . Well worth the trip . Old town was a highlight with the bridge . The museum brought a somber reality and allowed time to reflect

Excellent stay at Hotel Emen. The hotel is newly renovated so rooms are very nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would defneatly stay here again.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Liked the size of the room. However, they need some peges to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom.The shower has no curtain or door, thus splashing the water out and flooding the bathroom. Breakfast was included and wonderful. Dinner in the restaurant was tasty. Area where the hotel is situated was busy but interesting. Will strongly recommend while in Mostar

Our room was on the top floor of the building across the street. Small but functional for 2 small people. Noisy at night so couldn’t have the window open to hear the river. I have no idea what the main hotel rooms would have been like. Breakfast was very good . Had to pay for americano coffee though, just information Location was perfect for everything important to visit. Staff were fantastic … went out of their way to make our stay memorable

Hard to beat the location
The location is right in the heart of the old town of Mostar, the famous bridge is about a 2 minute walk, tons of places to eat and drink. At breakfast they bring you enough food items to feed about 17 people, I would definitely stay here in a heart beat.

We loved the location just a few minutes walk from the Mostar Bridge and restaurants. Our airconditioning was not working but the staff gave us a new room the next day which was great. Would recommend staying here as everything is walkable.
