Under one mile walking distance from the Old Town . The hotel is inside a large mall which is very convenient for picking up some drinks, snacks and toiletries. We had a large room with a good view . Overall, Mostar was an amazing city to experience and explore .

Loved the room and especially the service. Pero in the Reception was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend the hotel even though it’s about a 20 min walk to the Old bridge area.

10/10 property in Mostar with an incredible swimming pool, gym and sauna. There is a jacuzzi and children’s splash pool as well. Plenty of ‘ sun’ beds and tables and chairs in the indoor pool areaThe view from the window towards old town was amazing. The train station and both bus stations are less than 20 minutes walk. Old town was a pleasant 15-20 walk away. The staff were all amazing and very responsive to any requests. The hotel has a mall below it which has a cinema with movies in English. The Mepas is a firm favourite of mine!

The room was not very clean, and the water temperature in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold. The breakfast was disappointing, lacking the quality and variety expected from a five-star hotel. The only advantage of this hotel is its convenient location inside a shopping mall, making it easy to shop.
