Mostar Vacation Packages

The hotel is clean and well located, and the staff are friendly, but the hotel itself is extremely basic. It is definitely not a four-star hotel. The facilities are mediocre, and the rooms are very small. The bathrooms are cramped and uncomfortable, and the hotel does not live up to its advertised description. Although parking is advertised, it consists of street parking that is difficult to access. If you’re unlucky, you may have nowhere to park your car. I would not recommend staying here unless the price were significantly lower. It certainly does not meet four-star standards.

Apart from the staff being insanely helpful and going above and beyond for us non stop, the hotel itself wasn’t kept in the best condition. We couldn’t shower because the shower head wouldn’t clamp on properly, the toilet paper wasn’t put in the holder and it was locked, the fridge had energy drinks left in there from a previous stay, the TV wouldn’t turn on until we asked for help. There were definitely a lot of things that left us disappointed for the price we paid. However, the location was amazing! The staff were 10/10 some of the best staff we’ve ever experienced. It was the condition of the room that left us unfortunately feeling like we didn’t get our money’s worth for the night.

We stayed in a lovely large modern one-bedroom apartment with free parking in the back of the building. The beds were comfy and overall the area was quiet and close to Old Town. Larry, one of the managers, was very helpful and was willing to share his family’s story with the war. Very nice stay overall in lovely Mostar.

Clean room and view into old town

Great location for your stay in Mostar, less than 5 minutes to the old town. Lovely view from the room although the road can be quite noisy. Staff were incredibly friendly, I was delayed arriving and they responded quickly on WhatsApp. Room is pretty basic but got everything that is needed. Shower was a bit dated and maybe a little dirty but worked fine. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Mostar.
