Pillows were way too soft giving me a crink in my neck. The vending machings were in a room that was locked up at 10:00 PM, so I couldn’t buy water or a soda! I hated that!

WiFi needs improvement by a lot. But they have really made some huge changes to this property and it has really made a difference. The vending closes too early and they don’t take cash anymore, but it was to eliminate some of the riff raff they had straggling around. And it’s worked

My room was a like a freezer - no heating
The heating system did not work. It was 46 F outside and 50 F degrees inside. I went to the front desk and they said the complex was having heating problems and there were no better rooms. The front desk loaned me an extra blanket. When I checked out there was no coffee even though there was a big sign saying there was free coffee.
