I was extremely disappointed. I paid to stay for an additional few hours as my flight is late in the day. While I was out housekeeping bagged my bags. They didn’t see the notes and additional payment (according to them), even though I verified it before I left for the day.

The check in staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and cozy. The new A/C unit was nice and quiet but had a hard time getting the room below the 74* range. This Motel 6 has come a long way and I enjoy staying here every time I come to Thousand Oak. I recommend it fully.

Table underneath was dirty and the wall. Sadly there was a refrigerator but no microwave. I had booked a room with a queen size bed but was given a room with a full size mattress. Sleeping was very uncomfortable.

on our cross country road trip we have stayed at lots of Motel 6 properties as we are doing this on a budget, and I can say this is hands-down the best motel six we have stayed at. The common areas are clean and inviting, including the pool and deck area, laundry facility, and dedicated dog park. The staff is professional and courteous. I left an important item in the room and it was retrieved unmolested and they called me promptly to let me know they had it. The room was clean and bed comfortable. there was not an inordinate amount of unsavory characters lurking about as is sometimes the case at some motel six properties. If you are traveling on a budget, I highly recommend this property.
