A very pleasant and convenient place for a one night stay. Next to the station but very quiet Staff very friendly and breakfast (extra) was very good

Chambre donnant sur gare, nous avons Ă©tĂ© gĂȘner par le bruit. Nous avons changer la 3 Ăšme nuit. Mieux mais chambre moyennement propre.globalement déçu.

Horrible a évité.

Quand vous rentrez d une ballade a 21h et que vous voyez que votre chambre n'a pas Ă©tait faite vous pouvez imaginer notre surprise. Lit pas fait, salle de bain et sanitaire pas fait, le sol pas fait, et pas de serviette propres et clim coupĂ©. Je descend a la rĂ©ception et on me demande si c est pas moi qui est demandĂ© que la chambre ne soit pas faite. C est sur 125€ la chambre et c est nous qui allons faire le mĂ©nage. J ai rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© les serviettes et le matin meme remarque sur un air narquois. Et j en passe sinon je vais faire un roman. Toujours et t il aucun geste commercial et un personnel incompĂ©tent. Le soir j ai demandĂ© 2 dĂ©cafĂ©inĂ© et il a fallut que j esplique au rĂ©ceptionniste comment faire un cafĂ©. C est lamentable etre incompĂ©tent a ca point. Hotel a Ă©vitĂ©. Enfin je pense que c est les hĂŽtels du groupe accor qu il faut Ă©viter vu les commentaires sur le net.
