Mount Buller Vacation Packages

The receptionist was not kind and helpful

I have only good things to say about my stay and the property itself. The location was excellent for me, very close walking distance to the main shop and cafe precinct of Carnegie, and close to the railway station to the city. The check-in and check-out processes were very well documented and easy to follow and on-site secure parking was a welcome plus. The property is very modern and was very clean and well organised with respect to crockery and cutlery etc. While the property is part of a complex it was easy to forget that this was the case as we were never aware of any noise from the surroundings. The accommodation price was good and as I visit Carnegie at least annually for family reasons, I hope that I can find the same property available at a similar price when I return to Carnegie next year. If so I will unhesitatingly book it again Rod.

The place itself was immaculate, well presented and maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it was easy to find/sort the parking. The issue however with this property is not the hotel, but the nightclub on level 1. The staff do what they can by offering earplugs, but the noise is terrible and you can feel the vibrations. The club also goes until 5am, so the noise was constant until then. Earplugs don't help!
