Prompt, friendly staff. Clearly communicated after hours checking. Had the heater going. Had some breakfast laid out. Clearly aiming for attention to detail. But, the mattress was very very hard. Couldn’t fall asleep until I used the bedding as a mattress topper. If this can be remedied, I’d stay again and recommend other travellers do.
