DO NOT BOOK!

The most catfish hotel - more of a motel - ever. It is in a sketchy area and is outdated and disgusting. You will definitely contract an infection or disease if you stay here.

Facility was clean. However it is supposed to be a smoke free facility and people were smoking in their rooms. Could see smoke in hallway. Also there is no microwave or coffee pot in rooms. Also breakfast is only waffles, oatmeal and fruit. No meat to go with waffles. Disappointed that I could not have my coffee in my room. Brought my coffee with me. Not sure I would stay here again. Some staff were not very friendly. The guy who check us in very late cause of flight delays was awesome! He even offered me his water cause he said you look exhausted. He even asked if I needed food. Very nice guy. Wish I had gotten his name.

It’s clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and attentive. The price is great during the week, however, weekend prices aren’t worth the cost. The breakfast is basic not a good selection of things. But overall it’s an ok spot.

I could see that they were mid renovation, so I won't comment on anything to do with that (thats only fair!), but there were two issues that were a matter of sanitation and cleanliness. There appeared to be a line of toothpaste or spit toothpaste, inside one of the wooden towel cubbies. There also appeared to be the beginnings of mold/mildew on the shower ceiling. Otherwise, our stay was excellent! Plenty of towels provided! I also have some experience housing persons on welfare, and I commend any hotel/motel who accepts that challenge. I hope all the best for Baymont!

The rooms were okay but we had to switch after the first night because of a leak in the ceiling. The second room kept having water on the floor from the AC unit and the pillows were too small. It was an alright stay for a short trip but it wasn’t the most comfortable place.

The hotel room needs an update. The bathroom tub faucet was nearly hanging off the wall. The refrigerator was missing a leg, causing it to lean to one side and wobble when the door was opened. Additionally, food was left in the fridge from the previous guests. The TV satellite did not work initially. The desk attendant came to the room to fix it the first night, but it was out again the second night.
