Good for a quick stay
First room we were assigned had broken thermostat so we were reassigned another room which was fine. 3 year old renovation looked nice but serious wear and tear already on walls and holes in black out shades. Baths were nicely done and seemed fresh! Front desk staff seemed overworked. They were not happy.

Not what it used to be
I always try to get a Holiday inn when traveling. I have stayed here before so I was confident it was going to be ok. 2 things were not good. I could not take a bath because the plug didn't work and the water coming out of the spigot was brown. On Sunday morning we went down for breakfast at 7:10 am and all the hot food was gone...breakfast started at 7. When I told the kitchen people, I received the answer...oh yeah..it ill be 10 to 15 minutes before they could make more. Well we had to be somewhere early and waiting around to eat was not in our plans. I have never experienced this situation at any Holiday inn before. The room was not cheap at $245 a night. Really not worth the money I paid because this hotel is usually top shelf. Sad.

Hotel is located in an area with lots of eateries in the area. I wish the breakfast would open at 6am instead of 6:30.

I stayed one night to visit office in Hammonton NJ. Getting there was an adventure but the hotel was fine. Check in went well. Staff very friendly. Clean room and bathroom. Mattress was lumpy on one side but comfortable on the other.

As far as the stay, the hotel was clean and the stay was hood. As for payment to get the room between exodus and the hotel, there were computer problems and I was overcharged $1000.00 for my room and it took over a week of calling both locations and nonstop vigilance on my part to get $700 of it back so far and I still need to aeee if I can get the other $300 back. No thanks to Expedia which is where the problem started.
