Traveled to the area for a youth sporting event. After reading reviews - decided on Best Western. Based on reviews- my expectations were definitely higher than they should have been. This property is very outdated. Our room (104) looked like it was decorated in 1979. It was clean enough- but the old brown carpet and furniture just doesn’t give a clean feeling. Bathtub was stained yellow and brown - again just doesn’t “feel” clean despite probably being clean. Breakfast was plentiful. All staff was polite.

I needed a place to stay near Center City and since there was an event the weekend I needed lodging there were few rooms available at a reasonable price near the city. I found the Best Western to be a reasonable distance and price. I was very pleased with the ease of finding the location, it was about a 20 minute drive from the city and I found the accommodations very clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good, there were fresh scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage & make your own waffles. The usual cold breakfast items, an assortment of breads & pastries and yogurts. Of course hot coffee and juices. I was pleased with my stay and would be happy to stay again.

Staff was very helpful. Beds were comfortable. The chair at the desk in room was dirty and it didnt look like the head boards were wiped down properly.

The staff here were incredible :-) my wallet was stolen a couple of nights into our stay. And they did everything they good to help us out. What a wonderful experience. The gals that do the housekeeping there are incredible
