The hotel was nice. However, the shower had to run for awhile before the water gets hot. Also, the water in the sink doesn't drain correctly while the water is running. It fills up the sink quickly. Other than those two issues the stay was good.

Just Okay

We chose this hotel for the convenient location; it was comfortable and clean. The mini-fridge was odd, you have to push a button to put it on and it only stays on for 2 hours unless you push the button again. Wake up to warm drinks and food. We also prefer places that include breakfast and this Marriott does not. When we checked in, we asked about coffee, and the staff member said there was a coffee maker in the room. Did not inform us that there would be fresh hot coffee available in the lobby in the morning. We went to a nearby McDonald's that was not very clean. For the higher price, it was just okay.

This property is below Courtyard by Marriot standards. The rooms and building need to be remodeled. The room smelled like mildew. Rust stains and mold in the shower. Stains on the carpet. The bed was comfortable. I did not bother to check if the mattress and sheets were in the same poor condition as the room and bathroom because it was late at night. We only stayed one night. Would not pay more than one seventy per night. Are close to Lincoln Financial stadium. That was the extend of the plus side to this property.

Room was ok but didn't feel clean and when we told about laundry on premises we were told we could get quarters from the desk, however when we went to do that we were told that they didn't have any quarters. It was sort of ridiculous.
