Dingy, rundown, visible stains.
Hotel is out of date - they are remodeling which they don't let you know about until you get there. From outside you can see rooms in a state of disrepair. Visible stain of some kind - maybe mold - was on the bedroom curtain. Staff was dismissive.

The hotel is recently renovated so there are a few glitches. Like our toilet needs to be replaced. There’s a kitchen but no supplies at all. The traffic noise is very loud. They should’ve updated the windows.

Poorly managed. Guests are required to traverse area under construction to access rooms with poor signage. The rooms have numerous lights triggered by slight motion inhibiting sleep. The staff is largely indifferent and unhelpful. Very surprised this hotel is affiliated with Hilton.

The DoubleTree hotel was in the middle of renovations which I understand happens. However, walking down the hallway to get to my room the wallpaper was all being taken down and there was debris all over the floor. They should’ve either shut down the hallway or at least vacuum the floor so that guests could feel safe walking to their rooms. Also for having a newly renovated room one of the doors would not close. The hotel was average but not great.

Hotel room was really nice. Bathroom toilet ran the whole time. They offered Maintenance to check it out. But yall should’ve had that fixed prior. Walls were thin I heard cars driving on the highway all night. And the view kinda sucked. The cookie was good. Room was nice.

I called the hotel ahead of time to get proper information on what was being renovated and what amenities we would have access to. My kids were excited about the pool area so this trip was specifically for them. I was told the pool was heated and that both the pool and spa was operating. The pool is ice cold and the spa is out of order. I contacted the property while still in the hotel and they had no consideration for us, or a simple apology for the lies told by their staff when I called prior to making a reservation. My fiance and I visited the lobby a couple times last evening, i was so disgusted that the staff behind the counter were telling people who were checking in the complete opposite of how things really were and the honest standing of their facilities. Very poor customer service and professionalism

Our stay was great with no issues until we checked out. I had soon after received a charge of over $100 for an apparent "stolen custom tray". After not only accusing my guest and I of theft, the manager told me she was not able to check the cameras until the following week because of a photoshoot coming up. The property and rooms were Beautiful! However, the food from the REDZ restaurant was HORRIBLE! It was poorly seasoned and the portions were laughable. It was a POOR reflection of the fabulousness of the hotel itself. I ended up having to order something from an outside establishment. Other than that, it was a really beautiful stay

It was Malalai Dawav's first day at the front desk. She was pleasant, positive, patient and very helpful. If she wasn't sure of an answer to a question that I asked, she assured me that she would find the answer. I shared that my son was getting married on Sunday. Unfortunately, my son and daughter-in-law was in a room that wasn't renovated. I asked the manager, Jacqueline Silva if possible, can they move to a renovated room. Jacqueline was attentive to what my needs/desires for a pleasant stay and she accommodated my son and I. She also congratulated me on their nuptials. On the day of check out Jacqueline remembered me and asked me how was our stay and how was the ceremony. It truly made me feel that she cared. What an awesome team!

The stay was ok. Staff were very helpful. My only complaint is about the condition of our original room, the pull out bed had dried blood, smelled of BO, had hair on it and food. We took pictures and went to the front desk and staff immediately changed our rooms and gave us an apology. Room #2 the pull out couch was completely broken/missing screws. Again we go to the drink desk and once again apologize and give us a 3rd room and breakfast vouchers for 1 day. The pool was nice, hot tub was out of order, cleanliness in the lobby was also nice. Overall just an ok stay

Air conditioning has a motion detector and the room got hot in the middle of the night and after being out all day to come back late at night to a room of 82° sucks. I called the front desk and the maintenance guy told me about the motion dectectors.
