Due to family funeral arrangements I was allowed early check in by Terry who was AMAZING! TV wasnt working, bathroom was never cleaned as there was used soap and dirty towels in the bathroom. We went to breakfast at 6:45am and the eggs and sausage were stone cold and they were already out of the crossings. The brown sugar for the oatmeal was solid like a brick.

Pleasantly surprised

Pleasantly surprised by the condition and cleanliness of the first-floor room. I thought the low room rate was a myth, expecting $60-$80 worth of those BS additional charges, but they were less than $20 total. I would definitely stay here again!

I thought their request for $20 additional money was questionable. I was told it was for something or other. I guess it was their way to make up for a guest who steals the towels, or some such ??? The hotel manager said the $20 would be returned if I did not use any special extra services. ? The hotel manager did provide excellent driving information, and was very kind, very polite in answering my questions, and in helping me find my way in that larger ares.

Watch your credit card with them.

Watch your credit card account. I agreed to the $20a night charge that would be refunded after we left because we aren’t animals and don’t damage hotel rooms. While we were there, I noticed an additional $36.83 charge on our credit card account when I checked online. I asked multiple times/front desk clerks about the second charge. No one could identify what it was for. Then it was combined with the $60 3 night charge into a single $96.83 charge. I called a few days after we left to ask about the charges. A week after we left the charges are still there. I know we caused no damage and authorized no additional charges.

The receptionists were welcoming, was a bit disappointed with the room, we were assigned a room meant for handicap accommodation, it was brought to my attention by my daughter, also there was an unpainted spot on the wall, looked like someone had punched a hole in the wall and it was being worked on, it just seem like the room was not worth the price, I had to attend an event in Philadelphia and purposely took a room in that location because of the hotels review near the location was bad, but I don't think it was worth the 20 minutes commute. It seemed like the servicing in most industries no longer matters.

Good for a few nights

Stay was good. First room had a deadbolt problem as in the door wouldn’t even lock. 2nd assigned room was fine. Breakfast keeps me rebooking lol
