It needs upgrading. The room smelled old. There was a whole in the wall and the bathroom needs reconstruction. The shower needs to be recorked it was dirty around the soap holder and the base of the tub.

Needs some TLC

We stayed in a suite. Here are my recommendations: Open a window, the room had a very musty smell. Remove the old oversized couch and replace with something a little more conservative. Remove the house size refrigerator and replace with a smaller dorm sized fridge. Remove the full size stove, there are no cooking utensils or pots/pans, it’s a waste of space. If having the stove is something that is needed to constitute it being a ‘suite’, opt for a hot plate. Fix the cabinet drawers. Place some inviting pictures on the wall and drawer for guest to put their clothes. I believe by doing some downsizing of the appliances and furniture, it will allow for more space and bring the hotel up to date, it would be nice.

Really sub-par hotel. Room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. Complete unusable. Room had broken furniture. Breakfast wasn't stocked. The employees were really nice though.

I accidentally booked through Expedia and reached out to them IMMEDIATELY. Two minutes later, they contacted the property, but the hotel refused to issue a refund. I followed up with Choice Hotels customer service two days later, explained the situation, and was given a case #. I requested either a refund or points equivalent to a one-night stay—but never got a response. Both the property and corporate have provided ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dirtiest Room Ever

We stayed overnight for a tennis tournament. The lobby manager was nice and very accommodating. However, the room was another story. The bathroom sink had some sort of mosquitos/fruit flies in it and the sink counter had some sticky substance on it. The shower had some type of pink mold on it and the shower walls weee filthy. Behind the bed was a lot of dirt and some sticky substance. Before allowing my young girls to unpack. I cleaned the bathroom sink and shower with Clorox wipes. As well, I sprayed the room because the bugs from the kitchen sink made their way to the sleeping area. I have stayed at quite a few Comfort Inns, but this hotel was absolutely filthy. The room could def use some paint and more modern furnishings, but there is absolutely no reason that a room should be that unkept for any guest. Also, if you stay there bring your own pillows. The ones on the bed were disgusting. I’ve slept in cleaner foxholes.

Check in was pretty quick, advertised a $50 deposit but it’s actually 100$.. no big deal.. bathroom, toilet was dirty. Towels had hair on them.. Overall it was only for a night.
