Mold and soiled linens

The following morning after checking in, despite arriving late the night before and placing a "Do Not Disturb" tag on my door, I was woken up by a knock from maintenance. When I answered, I was told the TV needed to be updated and that a notice had been placed under my door to alert guests. I explained that I arrived in the early morning hours, received no such correspondence, and was not informed of this at check-in. I also pointed out that the "Do Not Disturb" tag should have been respected. The maintenance staff dismissed my concerns, stating that the letter indicated they still needed to enter the room, disregarding what I explained. There was also mold in the room on the desk chair, lamp shades, and ceiling. The bed linens were soiled, which I reported to the front desk. A staff member came to view the issues, but nothing was corrected. In addition, I requested replacement batteries for the TV remote and was told someone would bring them to the room, but this was never done.
