We've stayed at this hotel many times. It has all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. Our one complaint is that we removed the "Do not disturb" sign from our door when we went out at about 10:30 am, and when we returned late that evening, Housekeeping had not taken care of the room. In most other hotels we've stayed at, this has not happened. Will think twice before staying here again.

Pool was closed for maintenance, but we didn’t find out about it until checking in. It would have been nice if the hotel had notified us about that ahead of time. They offered to cancel with no charge, and called other locations, but couldn’t find another place with a pool, or room.

I was incredibly disappointed that the pool was closed. I would not have stayed at this location had I known that. They didn’t say anything. No kind of accommodations were made to soften the blow. Check in was difficult. I don’t know why I received an email offering keyless check in when I had to go in anyway. The hallways had a terrible smell, as did the elevator. Navigating the Hilton app was impossible. The website didn’t work. I ended up having to sit in my car and do a chat with an associate whose directions I found confusing, and I grew up with computers. Breakfast was good, though.

I got there late at night on friday 10/18 and the spanish lady working in the evening was so kind and pleasant to talk, despite having a call with someone rude to her. She didnt let that affect her and bounced right back to her work and checked me in. I wished I asked for her name. To me customer service is everything and to me being a female and alone, She made me feel comfortable. I came in Saturday evening from a gurks night, and she still greeted me with such bright smile. I will definitely book here again. Clean room, clean lobby, pool was closed, but i was still able to use the gym; oh and great breakfast! I will come back next month and i hope everyone there is still working there 😊
