Check in was great. Asked for late check out, an extra half hour was nice. Any longer and you’re charged a full day. Staff is hit or miss… some very nice, others(literally) walk away as you’re talking to them. Room and price are good. Will be back

I was sick with a migraine and just when I fell asleep house keeping knocked on the door before 11 even though check out wasn't until 12. I asked for a late check out and they said no because they were sold out and had to get the rooms clean. But I went on Expedia and found 5 of the exact room I was in still available. I called back and said I couldn't get out of bed and would book another night on Expedia and they said I could do that but had to go back down to the check in desk before 12 to check in.
